FOOD CONSIDERATIONS FOR VEGANS

In this video, went over food considerations for vegans. Veganism is the practice of abstaining from products that contain animal product. This includes refraining from cheeses, milk, yogurt, chocolate, honey, and much more! We also spoke about food supplements for foods that vegans cannot eat. As a disclaimer, I am not a nutritionist. I am a practicing holistic practitioner/kinesiologist, and this is advice based on personal studies and anecdotes.
