Hello Hello 👋🏻

Today’s recipes are easy to make, affordable, without refined sugar, flour, eggs, gelatin and, as always, without gluten and dairy products. 😲
these desserts are perfect for a sweet healthy breakfast or dessert! 😉

Vegan panna cotta recipe🍴:
500ml soy milk
140g dates
Agar agar or arrowroot

Optional:
1tbs cinnamon
50g beet sugar or honey

Vegan date caramel slices🍴:
▪️Base layer
60ml grapeseed oil
100g walnuts
3tbs vegan honey

Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes

▪️Caramel layer:
140g dates
2 tsp of water (optional)

▪️Top layer:
Melted chocolate

Two-tone basic cupcakes🍴:
▪️For cupcakes
Dark chocolate or Matcha chocolate (chocolate bar + matcha powder)

▪️For filling
Almond butter

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
