NY DA: Letting Felons Go Makes Us Safer

The difference between a fairy tale and a war story is a fairy tale starts off "once upon a time" and a war story begins with "you're not gonna believe this, but..."
Well, you won't believe this, but the NY DA believes letting felons go back to the community they "serve" is the best policy.
I think this is insane.
