Spirituality can be CONFUSING for beginners, and it’s difficult to know what to read, listen to, study or try and experience. The chances are when you first get introduced to spirituality, you’re excited and you want to learn really interesting things. But don’t let that stop you from being more like a ‘dot connecter’. Going BROAD and learning as much as you possibly can about spirituality is the best way, in my opinion.

It’s hard to see the big picture if you’re only ever focused on one of the dots. Religion tends to be like this, in many ways.
