What not to do when you Buy Investment Real Estate

At the end of the day, this investor wasn't taking proper care of the property and was given any chance to create some kind of income out of this property. That is really bad for an investor. That is why I drove 1 hour to create a way for this client to sell this property for top dollar and save some commissions doing that.
