Recon Marines Train With Indonesian Marines During RECONEX 21

September 2, 2021 - U.S. Marines with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion (1st Recon Bn.), 1st Marine Division and Indonesian Marines with 1st Amphibious Reconnaissance Battalion, Marine Corps of the Indonesian Navy, train together during RECONEX 21 on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Sept. 2-10, 2021. The two-week exercise was hosted by 1st Recon Bn. to improve combat readiness and increase interoperability between both nations.
