Battlefield 2042 Beta Missing Team Dynamics, Team Roles, and Other Features

Battlefield 2042 Beta showed us a lot of what the game could offer us. However, it also showed stuff that is missing. Why are some features returning? Why is team dynamics and roles not focused on? The Battlefield franchise is built on team play but Battlefield 2042 seems to be going away from that.
