Body Found in NC... In the same area as Brian Laundrie sightings!

The Blue Ridge Parkway is along the Appalachian Trail and Boone North Carolina, is a town associated with the parkway, the trail, and people have said a sighting of Brian Laundrie. There has been quite a few deaths associated to areas where people suspect Brian may be. Could the rumors be true? Could Brian Laundrie be a serial killer?
