UKPC traffic warden has meltdown and runs away

Ukpc parking attendant has melt down about being filmed, runs around me in a circle and pretends to be on the phone, then runs off into the distance.

Has been taken down from youtube numerous amounts of times so here it is to stay.

Filmed in Cardiff bay retail park near IKEA in Grangetown.
