Using one pair of dumbbells for a 10 minute weighted quad workout
Are you ready to destroy your quads in this 10-minute advanced dumbbell-only leg workout? Having strong quads will help improve your performance in nearly all your leg exercises and reduce stress on your knees. I know a lot of people worry about becoming bulky, but don't worry. Lifting weights won't make you bulky. They will grow muscle and give you feminine curves. (If you are a guy then it will just grow muscle lol) Keep in mind that the only way to look "toned" is to build muscle. And this workout can help you do that.
Make sure to pick a weight that challenges you. Keep proper form and give it your all. You got this!
