A documentary from by "Al Mayadeen Documentaries", from 2018, allegedly reveals secret military projects with dangerous pathogens in Georgia. The film provides further evidence of the existence of numerous U.S. bio-labs abroad.

Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva bases her claim, among other things, on leaked documents from Georgia's Ministry of Health and the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi. According to the documents, U.S. scientists in Georgia were granted diplomatic immunity so that they could conduct research on dangerous pathogens with impunity.
