This is an inspiring documentary that gives you the unvarnished truth regarding the history of the King James Bible. Few people understand that a centuries old battle was waged between the Catholic Church and anyone or any group who attempted to produce an English version of the Bible that would be accessible to everyone, not just Catholic priests who could read and write Latin and Greek. Historical versions of Bible history that are presented by mainstream propaganda outlets like the History Channel and PBS tend to be sanitized to such an extent as they aren't really useful to anyone who is a serious student of of the subject. In fact, to this day, the Roman Catholic Church remains a sworn enemy of the Holy Bible, because the teachings of Jesus, which are contained therein are antithetical to the doctrines that are being taught to members of the Catholic Church.
