Hotel Alcazar, now known as the Lightner Museum is reportedly the second hotel of the Inheritor-schmuck Henry Flagler. he had to built this hotel across from his first one because the overflow tourism in 1988 was so excessive, he needed another hotel. Horse and Buggy days......and then it closed less then 6 years later...so they say Uh huh
