Are U.S. Senators once again playing games and gambling with our Second Amendment rights? Yes, they are!

Gun Owners of America has been fighting against the so-called Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) since 2019 due to the inclusion of red flag gun confiscation orders, and our fight continues in the 117th Congress. Though disguised as a bill to protect women, this legislation’s gun control measures fall short in achieving that goal. Instead, this legislation would serve as a way for the government to seize our guns, violate our constitutional rights, and implement Biden’s radical gun-grabbing agenda.
