The webinar will feature generous insights from our hosts –

DR ANGEL STORM – She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. An M.A in International Security and B.S in Human Development. She is also a certified life coach focusing on recovery from narcissistic abuse.

ANGIE ATKINSON – An author, a certified trauma support coach, and recognized expert on narcissism and narcissistic personality disorder, and has studied and written extensively on narcissistic relationships since 2006.

YASMIN IBRAHIM – A life coach who teaches the practice of self-connection, healing, and spirituality through masterclasses and one-on-one mentoring.

Our hosts will be sharing life experiences of co-dependent traits witnessed in family, friends, and co-workers. They will advise using nonviolent communication tools to set appropriate boundaries to protect from further violations. Participants will be encouraged to feel free and express themselves honestly in the safe space that this session will provide. We will also discuss ways to maintain focus, remain grounded in healing, and recover from trauma experienced at the hands of abusers.
