As Two Police Sergeants Guard the Holiday Inn on Flinders Land near Spenser Street in Melbourne, Australia, there are homeless going through the bins from the hotel and cafes around the corner.

Its a Crying Shame and also exemplifies that if the government was so concerned with infection and transmission, why are they letting the homeless look for bread and food?

Why are homeless looking for food through the bin?

Would the "transmission" of CoVid1984 be higher or lower when homeless need to rummage through bins for food versus getting meals given to them by charity agencies?

Have charity agencies been stopped from providing food for the homeless?

Why is it not possible for these businesses to donate the food for charitable agencies to give food to the poor?
