The gas is going off across Europe (unless it pays up in Roubles)

Germany introduces the first phase of its energy emergency plan - recommending that business and households start to cut back on daily energy consumption. Phase two it that Government will cut back for them. This is all predicated on the deadline of April 1st to pay Russia in Roubles or else no more gas!
