Why I'm Worried About Battlefield 2042 | EA Delay, Beta Announcement & Developer Response Backlash

Battlefield 2042 beta announcement for the 6th Ocotober early access and 8th October open beta have been confirmed via Origin API call. But besides that EA have been radio silent on Battlefield 2042 gameplay videos, leaks and marketing. We had a developer respond to the backlash over the Battlefield 2042 launch delay but is this enough to satisfy their customers, or can Call of Duty Vanguard take advantage of this month delay.

The Battlefield 2042 reveal was awesome with the Portal and Exodus trailers. But after that there hasn't been much information and leaked gameplay from the BF 2042 technical preview playtests has all been taken down or banned. This has left a huge hole that the developers are not filling with their own BF 2042 Gameplay videos or highlights. And it's really making the months between reveal and launch, seem empty, full, and is killing hype. Combine that with the delay, and it's looking like there may be serious development problems as the developers miss schedule dates for both open betas and launch, time and time again.
