Corrin reacts to the decision of Judge Larimer to dismiss his federal lawsuit against the NYS Health Dept for "failure to state a claim." Corrin explains how he believes the judge may have done him a favor, because only by going to a higher court can he get the precedent of Jacobsen vs. Massachusetts overturned.
