Who Really Matters????

In the past 20 years the US has droppec 337,000 bombs throught the globe...Now when the child trafficking capital of the universe is being bombed we must care.
What is different with Ukraine, the refugees really are women and children, not 18-25 years old males like we saw with Afaghanistan.
So do we really 'care??? Because we care or because we've been told to care????
Did we miss the memo on Somilia, Yeman, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan????
