this flow has 6 very easy, short rounds of movement. You can even do the entire sequence twice if you feel up to it.
It's always about finding the right amount of movement that you can do on any particular day...but it is important to do some movement everyday!
Don't think you need hours and hours of exercise to get some benefits. Be consistent and make movement a regular part of your life.
