How Yoda Influences My Political Beliefs

Star Wars is a cultural phenomena which has spawned an entire universe since it's inception in the 70s. It went from a mere product of the silver screen to a rich constellation of novels, T.V. shows, comic books, action figures, and such. But more than it's extensive catalogue, Star Wars is especially important for its lessons in wisdom and life. Many of it's characters embody certain principles and themes that are applicable to all people.

Mr. Watson takes that fact and highlights one character to exemplify Star Wars's enduring lessons: Master Yoda. Yoda was known as the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order until the end of the Rise of the Empire, when he was driven into hiding after the Sith reclaimed control of the galaxy.
