Catching Creek Trout on Single Hook Spinners

We were forecasted to get a big storm with a lot of rain and some minor flooding so I went out with one of my spinner creations for a fun day of trout fishing to try and get ahead of the storm the water was Ultra- clear which makes for a very hard bite but I made it HAPPEN!!
