DIY Immortan Joe Mask

It’s been a long time since I last posted a video, and I wanted to come back and make more fun stuff for everyone. Instead of listening to me ramble about things, I made a simple video showing exactly what paints I used to create this mask. No one needs to hear me talk haha. I always wanted to create an Immortan Joe mask, and after all this time I finally did it! Follow this guide and make one at home too!

Others Notes:
• If you find the hosing too big, cut a small strip of neoprene and put it around the mask vents before putting on the hose. I found that this gives a tight secure fit for the hosing
• I used gunk washes using oil paints. This is just a mixture of oil paints with mineral spirits, making it thin. If you add too much to the mask, mineral spirits can take oil paints right off. Just know that oil paints take a while to dry, so you will have to wait a few days.
• Painting the mask is a linear workflow, however, you may have to go back and do touch ups once in a while.
• I show a black hose in the video but recently got a clear hose too. I kinda like the clear hose better.
• People think I look like Tony Hawk in the mask, do you?
