Amazon Labor Union Leader Describes Working Conditions at the Company

UNION LEADER: “… direct relationship with the company will get you ultimately terminated. There is no relationship there. They have a system that’s implemented that hires and fires people all the time. Their firing rate is at 150% so for every 10 people they’re hiring, they’re firing 15 of them.”
