The snow damaged my cabin

I noticed my smokestack is leaning a lot so I climb up onto my roof to see what is happening. To my surprise, the snow is trying to slide off the roof and it is pulling the smokestack with it. That weekend I shovel the snow off the upper side of the smokestack and notice out much damage has been done. The next weekend, I bring stuff out to the cabin to fix it but can't because of I loose the caulk on the way to the cabin.
