Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 MAF issues P0172 fault code

1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series CEL/Fault code P0172 (running too rich - bank 1) for years.
Oxygen sensors replaced, F sensor replaced, spark plugs, distributor cap and wires replaced, taken to different mechanics to figure it out, grounded some F wires, etc... nothing worked.
FJ80, 1FZ engine.
