RUSSIAN YOUTUBER Takes down diablo 3 video when he has no rights to it

A) he is not an agent of blizzard
B) he is not an agent of microsoft
C) his video is a live stream of game play while mine was moving from act 3 to 4 showing the cinematic, as part of the rest of the playthrough of that act 4....
D) note the game play of other videoes i have of diablo 3 have no issues
E) he has ten days to respond in my jurisdiction of ontario canada going forward where under law of canada and ontario and as a person of a disability i actually have a copyright exemption on top of the false claim here that he has rights of A) or B) which he clearly does not.

And in 2K res i will do all act 3 and migrate into act 4 this time without the cinematic
and as other youtubers with larger channels have it i will be fighting this
