(WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO) UN official asks for investigation into reports Ukraine & Russia troops abusing POW soldiers

The video allegedly shows Ukrainian troops recording themselves shooting the legs of Russian soldiers. A UN official has asked Ukraine and Russia to investigate alleged crimes committed by their troops against the other side, based on alleged videotaped evidence.
