Kamishin-ryu Karate kata Kihon Godan

This is Kihon Godan as it was taught to me by Shihan-Dai Karl Quigg. This is the fifth Kata in the Kamishin -ryu Karate system. It is taught as one of two Kata at the purple belt level. In the Kamishin-ryu system as I was taught, the purple belt comes before the green belt. Unlike other systems, such as Shoto-kan, where green comes first.
