Mental Midget Ben Simmons is suing the Philadelphia 76ers for $20 million via a recent grievance that he filed. The Brooklyn Nets player is suing the 76ers for $20 million worth of withheld salary because he states that he was suffering from "mental health" issues. Issues that seemed to miraculously heal the moment he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets. The NBA cannot allow Ben Simmons to recuperate this money, otherwise it means that player contract will be meaningless and that any player will have the power to force a trade without consequence the moment they become unhappy.
