We have been recently mentioning that we got a permaculture coach to help us design our plans with things we want and based on our lives. We have been learning about permaculture orchard guilds for quite some time and we have just wanted to start off on the right foot and try to minimize as many inevitable mistakes or learning curves as possible.

We were incredibly shocked at how affordable our coach was and we would encourage anyone that wants to start a food forest and is hesitant like us to get a coach to help plan to map it out! We did everything virtually, we had face-to-face zoom meetings, we provided maps of our property....this was absolutely a collaboration customized for US.
