Okay, going to say this up front, OUCH. This is a challenging Side Lying Glute work. Using techniques from the Original Barre Method, Banana, and other exercises, this 15 minute workout gets deep in those glutes and outer thighs.
Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
