State Inmate/Guard Confronts Me. Shutdown and Educated. Allied Security. 1st Amendment. Boston Mass.

This was on Monday October 4th 2021, outside the Department of mental health and unemployment building, in Boston Massachusetts. This was during a Livestream and I decided to do a follow-up to my first visit here. Almost instantaneously I was confronted about entering the building with a cell phone and recording. The Lieutenant eventually came out and talked to me, I then went around back to the loading docks.

This is where the true fun began with my old buddy who can NOT help himself but to become a star. Here I was approached by a state inmate and what seemed to be a Correctional Officer telling me not to record them.
