FDA omitted death in an info fact sheet

FDA left out death in an info fact sheet for covid vax.. and told that people should "Report vaccine side effects to FDA/CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).".

One can only wonder : ..had FDA openly communicated that VAERS revealed DEATHS as adverse event cases from covid vaccines, how many people would actually get a jab so willingly ?
