Richard’s background within the die cast and foundry industry led to his manufacturing career and passion for selling capital equipment. The majority of his time in sales has been automation and melting furnaces equipment. Prior to joining GUSS as the Sales Manager, Richard worked for a German company manufacturing industrial x-ray and CT equipment.
Over the last five years, he developed sales strategies, and built agent networks while implementing brand campaigns. Ready to apply his talents to a new industry and network, Richard and his family moved from Chicago, IL, to Kingsburg, CA to build a dealership network, develop sales processes and training programs for GUSS customers and dealers. GUSS currently has four national dealerships in California and Florida and an international presence in Australia.
