Good day today, overall! My worthless speaker's charge gave out right before the set, which was a buzz killer. My previous best with this was also five reps, but my technique and performance is significantly better since then, so from a certain point of view, I could consider this a PR. I would have loved to have hit 6, but I lost balance and tightness a bit halfway through or so, unfortunately. I am still pretty pleased, though! And hey, this is better than I did with this particular Training Max a couple of months ago, so that is also encouraging 🤟🏻.
