**It's ARM EXERCISES w/ LIGHT WEIGHTS USED AT HOME**
For this workout, get a set of 2 or 3 lb. Weights. This doesn't require anything too heavy, and you can always do this with no weights at all. Of course, you can still do the moves in this video without weights. Equipment is always optional.
**I love being able to fit in some form of exercise every day. It's so nice to feel accomplished. When I know it's just a 10 minute commitment, then I'm even more motivated to put on some music and go for it.
