Gaijin lost the plot? 🇬🇧 Alecto Mk. 1 Devblog [War Thunder Crafting Event]

Has Gaijin lost the plot for what people are willing to grind out a crafting event for? The Alecto Mk. 1 has been announced as one of the prizes for the upcoming "Battle of Arachis" Crafting Event, and so far, I'm not exactly super-excited.

The Alecto Mk. 1 comes in at Rank 1, probably going to be about BR 2.0 at a guess. Not too agile, not too fast, definitely not too armored, but with a punchy gun. Should be interesting, but not "hours of grinding out Cinnamon-themed components" interesting. Check out the devblog here:
