Go ahead and discard half of your starter If you don’t think you’ll have enough headspace
Feeding
50 g of Water or 1/4 cup
50 g of Flower or 1/4 cup

Repeat this recipe above twice a day a.m. and p.m. or when you wake up and go to bed for the next three days
