Joe Biden to legalize public urination and nudity.

Joe Biden is going to legalize public urination and dedication in public to conserve water. It will be legal in all 50 states and inside of school zones. All laws about public nudity will be suspended. All homes will only be allowed one flush per day per person to encourage bathroom use outside.
