Ronald Ritchie is the Ohio man who called police to report that a Walmart customer was loading a rifle and pointing it at children. The call prompted officers to enter the store, where they fatally shot John Crawford III, a 22-year-old black man who was holding an air soft rifle he had taken off of a shelf.
