For those wondering if using a more private browser like Brave helps mitigate surveillance from using Google search. Here is a response from NBTV tech advisor Kieran Mesquita:
"Brave will block some fingerprinting measures and it does block a bunch of endpoints that google uses for telemetry collection but Google has multiple redundant ways to collect this information so the actual impact is pretty negligible when using Google search itself. Most of the telemetry blocking mitigates Google’s ability to track users on 3rd party sites (via adsense and google analytics) and not when using 1st party Google sites/tools."
