Freeze drying a tray of Albanese brand gummi bears. This is 7 1/2 hours of the freeze drying at 120 times speed. 30 seconds = 1 hour. The tray vibrates up and down as it goes through the heat cool cycles

We do videos showing how we are using our Harvest Right Freeze Dryer to freeze dry food for long term storage.
