Banks. How they have changed.

Banks here had to reshuffle a few times because of the sanctions. Now that we are on the ultimate sanction, it is all irrelevant. They will be yet again redone to what works best. But best for whom? That will be the telling thing. How they end up in the next few months will show us who is in charge, and where they plan to steer things.
