That is as the UN Security Council is scheduled to meet later this hour to discuss the events in Bucha and the conflict overall. We also hear on the program from a former officer in the Ukrainian security services. He explains the potential motivation of those behind what he calls 'a staged provocation' in Bucha. And a Spanish journalist claims most of the reports of crimes by Ukrainian forces against Donbass residents are true, after heading to the region himself to investigate. He also voices concern over why such incidents are going unreported by many Western media outlets.
