FLGC - VP of Agriculture 8/11/2021 gets combative & defensive

This is the second and final trip to the Flora Growth (FLGC) cultivation facility in Bucaramanga, Colombia that David Capablanca visited on 8/11/21. David rode on the back of a motorbike for over two hours on dangerous terrain to reach the facility where he encountered a security guard and Javier Franco. VP of Agriculture, Javier Franco was combative and contradictory during this in person encounter. The VP of Agriculture had invited David on 8/8/21 to visit the facility during the week, which David obliged. The following is a transcript of the encounter.
