As a mystic, trauma healer, horsewoman and student of the horse, I believe when we heal ourselves we open up a world of possibilities.

Not only for ourselves, but for all those around us who are ready for it.

I offer sessions in

* Individual trauma healing ~ Somatic based deep unconscious healing to free yourself from past patterns. Shadow work. Online and in person.

*Trauma informed horsemanship ~ Learn about your horse's trauma responses and your own. Gain increased somatic awareness and attunement for a deeper connection with your horse and more success.

*Spiritual awakening ~ Each of us are here to fully realise and embody our eternal nature as the dance of emptiness and form. Guidance for wherever you are on your spiritual path.
