This How to Build an Assembly training course is the culmination of a 4-year effort by American State Nationals/American State Citizens from all 50 States of the Union. It is based on the writings of Anna Maria Riezinger, pen name Anna Von Reitz, who woke up in 1998 along with her Husband James Clinton Belcher (1943-2025) who found out that he was the Hereditary Head of State when he was 60 years old, as his Mother laid on her death bed.
