From exercise, weightlifting, rebounding or (mini tramp), supplements, detoxification, air and water purification, organic diet, herbs, amino acids, minerals, hormones, travel, self defense, long extended water only fasts, dry fasts, grounding or earthing, and infrared sauna to name a few. Oh, and my lovely Filipina wife Imelda (or Mhel) and I love karaoke, although I'm told I sing like Kermit the frog! We live off the bank of a 5,000-acre reservoir in Northern Missouri. Over the last year I have come to know Jesus Christ as the one true path to everlasting life. What brought me to this understanding was the culmination of 42 years of trial and error. I dabbled in many things that pleased my carnal self, but in reality only brought me to the brink of spiritual and physical destruction. It is only by the mercy of God that I was pulled out of the consuming flames of a hedonistic selfish life where I lived only for pleasure and material gain, and made myself my own god. Now I wish only to serve and glorify the one true God in all that I do. Each day I live is a gift and each breath I take is nothing short of a miracle.
